When will my order be shipped?
Orders that are placed and paid (with a cleared payment) before 12pm ICT will be processed and normally shipped Within 48 Hours. Orders placed after 12pm ICT (with a cleared payment) will be shipped within 72 hours. Items are shipped from Monday through Friday as there is no carrier pickup on Saturday or Sunday. 
Standard Shipping In Asia Will Take Between 12-20 Business Days, Standard Shipping in Europe, USA, Canada 20-30 Business Days
Should any expected delay, custom inquiry, or backorder occur, you will be notified at once with updated information.

Can I change my shipping address after I've placed my order?
For your security and to maintain the "Buyer Protection" plan offered we are required by Issuing Banks for Credit Cards and Paypal to ship to the confirmed address listed on your received order only and are unable to make an address change.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we do offer International shipping to almost all locations worldwide.

How can I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped tracking information will be updated via email to the email address provided with your order. Emails containing tracking information are usually sent by 11:59pm ICT each day. You can always contact us at support@PetsUniverseStore.com and speak with our customer service department for assistance.

Can you mark the item as a "Gift" to help me avoid taxes? 
We are unable to falsify invoice pricing or mark items as a "Gift" to circumvent International 

General Shipping Info
• Express shipping services are available on most orders for an additional fee. 
• All domestic PO Box Addresses will be shipped using the EMS.
• We ship using multiple carriers such as Thailand Post, UPS, Fedex, TNT, DHL, Kerry Express and EMS. 
• Pets Universe Store® reserves the right to ship orders that qualify for Free + Shipping through the carrier of our choice.

Unsuccessful Deliveries
You will be held liable for return shipping (if applicable), duties and taxes (if incurred), and for all other associated fees when any of the following circumstances occur. Your package will be abandoned and you will be billed for any additional fees. Absolutely no refunds will be issued.
• You refuse delivery of your parcel for any reason.
• The carrier makes 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts to your address because you are not at home and/or do not pay duties/taxes.
• You provided an invalid/incorrect address.
• Your parcel is returned by customs because your merchandise is restricted from import into your country.
• You refuse to pay duties and taxes.
